Here at Rhinestones Acres, we believe that there is not a "one size fits all" when it comes to returns, refunds, or exchanges.  We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with not only our products but our customer service.  Therefore if you are not completely happy at any time we WANT to know about it. 

Horse's needs can change day to day and some horses just like to keep us on our toes and guessing what the heck they really want! We NEVER want you to be stuck with a product your horse can't use.
